So you don’t have tooooooooo!!!

Scrubbles! Now with a brand-new funky fresh look!

The word Scrubbles always reminds me of Scrubbing Bubbles and those old commercials with the animated bubbly-brushes that scoured the tub and then slipped down the drain. "We work hard, so you don't have toooooooooooo!"

I always found those commercials vaguely disturbing as a child. Perhaps it was the thought, at bathtime, that there were thousands of bristly bubbles — animated by the forces of who-knew-what-kind of dark magic — waiting on the other side of the drain to torturously tickle my toes.

Fortunately, the Scrubbing Bubbles screen saver is PC-only, so the anthropomorphic soap suds that fueled my irrational childhood willies cannot sully my Mac.
