One year

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, BABY! Yesterday was the first anniversary of The BradLands in its current incarnation. I just peeked back at the first weblog entry in the archives and — whad'ya know! — all of the links still work. Incidentally, May entries have moved to the archives as well; it was a landmark month, since the site surpassed 1,000 visitors for the first month ever, ending up at around 1,300 total. HE'S BACK: David Foster Wallace, the literary It-boy who delivered the dense Infinite Jest and the witty, erudite A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again is making the rounds for his latest, Brief Interviews With Hideous Men. Salon calls it "brilliant." We shall see.
