I'm a couple of days late in my public congratulations to Jesse James Garrett and The Lady Rebecca Blood on the happy occasion of their marriage. I do, however, have an excuse. Years from now, I'll be able to gather young webloggers to my knee and tell them I was there:

  

Yes, accompanied by the witty and stylish Ms. Jessamyn West, I was extraordinarily privileged to be on hand when these two crazy kids got hitched. I wish you both nothing but the very best, now as always. Thank you for allowing me to share your special day.
