I missed the Super Bowl
Cam noted yesterday how typos can lead you interesting places on the Web. Tell me about it! I mean, really. Why, it's positively shocking what you can discover.Got fram? (Spam + [from] friends = fram.) I'm not quite sure what to do about this particular devil of the increasingly wired world, especially since I know my friends are basically well-intentioned sending along anecdotes and jokes they think are funny or warning me against (usually spurious) computer viruses. I have a form letter I send out in response to virus warnings, advising the sender to check out of the potential of a hoax before cc'ing everyone in their address book. But how to deal, politely, with the rest? Any suggestions?
Apparently, I'm not a red-blooded American male, since I completely zoned and missed the Super Bowl. I'm not even a decent geek, since I also missed all the cool commercials. Fortunately, truncated versions of most will make it into regular rotation on teevee. As for the rest, here's one estimation.
