Good deed du jour

Have you given blood lately? If not, consider doing so as soon as possible. Blood banks across the nation are reporting all time lows in the national blood supply, crippling emergency relief efforts and jeopardizing lives. Unfortunately, my hemachromatosis and the fact that I've had sex with men in the past 23 years prevents me from giving, or I'd be there every 56 days like clockwork. I've seen friends and family members benefit from donated blood so, please, get out there and roll up your sleeve!
