A LITTLE HELP? If anyone has videotapes of the 1984, 1985 or 1986 Tony Awards telecast that they would be willing to dub and share with me, I would be extremely grateful and generous in arranging some sort of trade. Please, get in touch.

AND SPEAKING OF TONY: The buzz has already begun that that cutey Corey Reynolds — Seaweed in the new Broadway production of Hairspray — is due a nomination come next year. I could have told you that guy was going places; he wowed everyone last year in our production of Avenue X. The Hairspray cast album is fantastic, too, so snap it up at the same time you grab tickets for this show. It's sure as heck on my list for my next jaunt east. Now, run and tell that!

LET THERE BE MUSIC: It was an awfully nice surprise to come back to the office Tuesday and discover that a generous friend had left me his 5 gigabyte iPod, dwarfed as it was by his new 20 gigabyte model. I'm not entirely sure how the little fella will fit into my particular "digital lifestyle", but I'm sure I'll have fun finding out. (Also, only a year or so behind the curve, I'm upgrading all of my Macs to OS X in the next couple of weeks.)
