I'd heard a rumor that Joey Tio was going to be in town for SXSW, but I didn't bump into the guy until he showed up at Fray Cafe and started hanging out with Jessica Reynolds and Jeffrey Zeldman.

Later, Bryan Boyer came over and said Joey wanted to have his picture made with me, so I took the little fellow onto my lap and, just as Bryan snapped the shutter, the frisky little primate French-kissed me! Randy monkey!

By the way, how cool is Jessica? Earlier in the weekend, she'd heard me complaining that the maid who made up my hotel room never left a washcloth, so she stole two washcloths from her own hotel and brought them to me at Fray Cafe.
